By creating a player account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the bewin888 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account and must cease using the platform immediately. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bewin888 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, confiscate winnings derived from abusive play, and permanently close any account found to have engaged in promotional abuse.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on bewin888 — including live casino tables, slot machines, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the relevant game interface or sports betting section. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.1 Game Integrity

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bewin888. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balance or winnings may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an identified technical fault are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your registered account, including sharing login credentials.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile payment provider in bad faith.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bewin888 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bewin888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under our Responsible Gaming policy.

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at support@bewin888. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts closed under self-exclusion cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon the closure of an account — whether initiated by bewin888 or by the player — all pending bets placed before closure will be settled in accordance with these Terms and applicable game rules. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. bewin888's obligations to the player in respect of the closed account are limited to the refund of any verified real-money balance as described above.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bewin888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration charge to dormant account balances in accordance with the schedule notified to the player prior to the charge being applied. Players will be given reasonable advance notice — by email or the registered contact method — before any inactivity charge is deducted. The balance of a dormant account will never fall below zero as a result of inactivity charges alone.
